Square automatically creates or updates a customer profile in our secure Customer Directory by securely processing the name displayed on your physical or digital payment card, along with your transaction history (date, time, and amount).

We process this information under the legal basis of Legitimate Interests. This allows us to track transaction history, maintain accurate business records, and manage our customer relationships safely.

Your payment data is securely processed by Square (Block Inc.). We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal details to any other third parties.
