Our beautifully printed, hand-signed physical gift certificates are enclosed in a premium envelope and can be arranged in three simple ways:
- Order by Post (BACS Transfer): Simply text or WhatsApp Amy on 07790 964 953 with your desired voucher value, the recipient's name, and the delivery address. Amy will provide our clinic bank details, hand-sign your premium voucher, and post it out to you or the recipient directly.
- Collect At Your Next Appointment: Let Amy know before or during your treatment, and she will prepare your physical gift slip ready for checkout.
- Pop In to Pick Up: Message Amy to arrange a convenient time to drop by our Melbourne home clinic to purchase and collect a physical voucher in person.
How to Redeem Your Voucher
e-Codes and vouchers can be presented to Amy at our Melbourne clinic to be applied directly during post-treatment check-out.
Terms & Conditions
Medical Suitability: Redemption for prescription treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, is strictly subject to a face-to-face medical consultation and prescriber approval. If deemed medically unsuitable, the balance can be redirected to alternative treatments or skin products. No cash refunds will be given.
Expiry: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this date will be forfeited.
Cancellations: Appointments booked via gift cards are subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of £30 deducted from the card balance.
Usage: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance stays secure on the card for future treatments.
Loss: The clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted gift codes.
